About Us

Zumrut International Kimya has been active in the bitumen and petroleum products industry since 2011, built around a straightforward idea — that buyers deserve a supplier who actually knows the product, not just the price list.

We started with a focus on oxidized bitumen and gilsonite, two products where sourcing quality and consistency genuinely matter. Over time, the range expanded to cover penetration bitumen, emulsion, cutback, polymer-modified grades, paraffin wax, petroleum jelly, and drilling materials — not because we wanted a longer catalog, but because our clients needed a single point of contact they could rely on.

Our supply chain is rooted in direct access. We hold ownership in a gilsonite mine and a bitumen refinery in western Iran, and have shareholding positions in paraffin wax and petroleum jelly production facilities in Iran. This means we're not purely trading — we have a stake in what gets produced and how.

Operations run through three offices:

• Dubai, UAE — Burlington Tower, Business Bay (export hub, primary commercial office)
• Ankara, Turkey — Gölbaşı district (regional coordination and logistics)
• Isfahan, Iran — Navab Complex (production liaison and technical support)

Most of our clients are industrial buyers — road contractors, construction material importers, drilling companies, ink and paint manufacturers — who need reliable volume, consistent specs, and documentation that clears customs without drama. That's what we focus on.

We're not the right fit for every buyer. If you need spot quantities with no technical follow-up, there are faster options. But if you're sourcing regularly and want a supplier who can hold grade, meet schedules, and actually respond when something needs sorting — that's where we tend to work well.
